All sales are final.
The Playbook is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase, except where required by applicable law.
01 · PURCHASES
No-Refund Policy
All purchases of The Independent Recruiter's Playbook and related downloadable materials are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation once access or delivery begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Please review the product description, format, and compatibility information before purchasing. If you experience a genuine technical delivery problem, contact us so we can help restore access or provide a replacement download. A technical delivery issue does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Duplicate charges or suspected unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
02 · USE OF THE PLAYBOOK

We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, purchase details, support messages, and information submitted through forms. Our service providers may also collect technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, and website activity.
How information is used
We use information to process purchases, deliver digital products, provide customer support, send requested communications, maintain security, understand website performance, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products and services.
Payments and service providers
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not directly store full payment-card numbers. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, deliver files, manage email, analyze performance, prevent fraud, or comply with law. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

If you join our email list, we may send product news, educational content, or promotional messages. You may unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Transactional messages related to your purchase may still be sent.
Analytics and tag management
We use Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement and analytics technologies. Tags configured through this service may collect information about page visits, traffic sources, device and browser details, and interactions such as link or button clicks. The website and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, analytics, and security. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and support needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. This website and product are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
04 · IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
Educational, Results & Professional Disclaimers
The Playbook provides general educational information about independent recruiting and business development. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice for your circumstances and complying with laws, contracts, platform rules, and licensing requirements that apply to you.
Testimonials, examples, projections, and illustrations are not promises or guarantees. Recruiting placements, clients, revenue, profit, and other results depend on many factors—including your effort, skills, market, relationships, decisions, and circumstances—and are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Playbook and website are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Tarra Tisdale and the Playbook's operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the materials. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
05 · GENERAL TERMS
Changes & Severability
We may update these policies to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. The updated effective date will appear above. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
